Flashing replacement and re-tiling.
Excellent work. Phill's team booked and completed the job to top standard withing a few days, and beat the competition on price. Quality work, would definitely use this company again.

Leak repair and seal
Phil was recommended to us when our roof decided to start letting in rain. We explained the situation and he made a point of promptly coming out to assess the damage. He explained what needed to be done and gave a very reasonable price which we accepted. Phill and his colleague were very thorough, working extremely hard, doing an excellent job and cleared away after themselves. Ventilate chimney internally and externally. Damp treatment
Phill provided a truly excellent service. I was in a tricky situation having been given lots of different opinions and Phill's was the only one that matched the independent engineer's report I got. From the initial diagnosis to regular updating with photos and ease of communication he made things very easy for me. The standard of work was first class and all done in a short timescale. He even managed to sort soneone out to di the painting out at the end and did a final inspection himself to check it had been done properly. I would not hesitate to recommend Phill/Emperor to anyone.

Slate and tile ridge repair / replacement. Lead word around chimney repair / replacement.
Phill arrived prompt and was very reliable. Good communication. He spent the majority of the day undertaking the work, which we believe was done to a very good standard. He left the yard clean and tidy after completing the work. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. We will get Phill back for additional work on our roof.
