We employed Sylvester and his merry men to build a side extension/Annex, extend into the roof area and carry out extensive alterations internally to the main house, our experience was a positive one resulting in an excellent end product, Sylvester himself is a very competent builder and has high standards, he communicated on a daily basis about how he would tackle each job and what materials he would need to complete it and would run ideas and suggestions past you. The people he uses ie Electricians, Plumbers, Roofers etc are all of a good standard I would recommend this builder.

A builder that checks in with you on an almost daily basis, is responsive, reliable and stuck to the quote almost exactly. Quality of work on our garden office was exceptional, the team were polite, respectful and tidied everyday before leaving. Incredibly impressed. Would recommend highly!!

Works to gutters, damp inside house, and bathroom refurbishment done well. Very helpful friendly workmen, who cleaned up after they had fixed all the jobs.

Sylvester is an honest, hard working, prompt and helpful person, we trust him that we always have left our houses keys with him for many months. He and his great team have done lots of work for us in the last 10 years, 2 large homes extensions, garden slabs, rebuilt outside damaged walls, plastering, new bathrooms, windows, doors and he once lent us his company van to collect a big fridge freezer. He is polite, knowledgeable, easy going happy person and he managed all our projects from start to finish without any major issues.

Sylvester and his team have just completed a kitchen diner knock through for us and it looks fantastic! The quality of work is superb, communication was spot on all whilst keeping to the timeline and budget. Very tidy too, may I add. We will of course be contacting Sylvester for our next project! If you have a building emergency empire builders are the firm to contact. I have had some masonry about to fall and they didn't hesitate to deal with this. This trade and his team were quick, efficient and always courteous. A very terrific company.
