Came back from holiday Sunday night, realised there was a problem with the boiler Monday morning. Messaged Empire Monday morning, they were here before 5pm Monday to have a look. The job was completed by 5pm Tuesday. To say it was quick and easy honestly does not do these guys justice! We needed a flush, new copper piping and a new boiler due to poor/no servicing over the years. The team at Empire knew how to work around any problem which presented itself and their experience in the trade shows in their work. To top it off we had a good laugh.Honestly can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend

Very happy with the service received by Empire, our boiler broke down and the Empire team worked quickly to install a new one as well as carrying out some extra work to prevent future issues. All the work was completed professionally, safely and in a timely manner.

Baz gave me a really great service. I gave him a call, told him the issue with my boiler. He came down to my house bang on time and rectified the problem. His timekeeping skills are really good. He definately does get the job done. He came down with his apprentice today and changed the part...all bang on...works like new again. He even checked the boiler for me...all flue checks..hot water checks. Most importantly, he did the gas safety check on the meter aswell Very happy with his work....well done baz

Empire came in and done a full check before providing me options. W decided to have a boiler change as my old system had been in place for over 15 years. Baz was very thorough and gave me multiple options and gave me all the pros and cons. I was sceptical about having a chemical flush done however after seeing the results it was worth every single penny! Baz was happy to leave his equipment connected and kept checking in with me for regular updates. He was on hand if needed. Heating is now red hot with a new boiler and flush and will be 100% using Empire in the future again! 100% recommend!
