Decent tradesman are hard to come by, so once i find a good one like Andrew i always go back to him for all my roofing needs. Have utilized his services in the past for various repairs but for this review it was the annual roof, gutter, and downpipe clean. As i live under 2 huge oak trees, my roof & gutters collect a lot of tree debris each year and Andrew does a great job of ensuring it is all cleared down. I would thoroughly recommend Andrew, great communication, great work quality, and ultimately trust worthy.

All the work was carried out efficiently and on time. Communication was good and I’m happy with the results.

Andrew demossed our roof, renewed lead flashing to our Extension and fixed two leaks on our Skylight windows, Very pleased with work/Quote and very importantly Price, A genuinely nice guy/ Tradesman to have working on our property , would thoroughly recommend him and will be my first point of call in the future .

This time the gutter job did go smoothly as we expected, however, Andrew listen to our report about the issues and rectified the job with his own cost without any delay. Andrew recently sorted out the damaged and missing roofing felt in my attic. As a former customer, I was happy to go back to him—he was quick to respond, listened to my problem, and gave a clear, fair quote. The job was scheduled promptly, finished well within the day, and there were no surprises on the bill—just as quoted. After tidying up, I could see the dust and moisture problems in the roof space seem to have been sorted. Overall, I’m pleased with the work and happy to have called Empire back for this job.

Andrew had previously replaced lead sheeting around a chimney, re-felted a flat roof and replaced gutters on our house. All these were carried out on time, on budget and to our complete satisfaction. We had no hesitation in asking him to sort out a minor leak around another chimney. He came promptly to quote and replaced this lead sheeting, together with cleaning out the gutters at a very reasonable price. He is cheerful and extremely competent and I would highly commend him.
