A courtesy call talked me through the proposal, and a quote was with me promptly. After deciding to go ahead, I wasn’t waiting long for a date. Professional, punctual and responsive throughout the process. We received a sensible quote on the same day, which meant we were able to move swiftly with the works that needed to be done. The team were extremely hard working. A new balcony floor/ flat roof to the bedroom underneath needed to be stripped off completely and a new felt flat roof installed. The team were clearly skilled and the work carried meticulously. It was the first time we used Empire and would be happy to recommend.
