Routine maintenance (not broken) of an up and over electric garage door. Men were on site for 10 minutes and did a good job.....the invoice though was £134.20 inc VAT....Kerching.....not what I would expect from a Checkatrade company

Following a minor accident which slightly dented some of the garage door slats, the door became stuck half-open. I phoned Emsworth Garage Doors who immediately contacted a team of their engineers working in the area. They soon arrived and made the door secure but inoperable until new slats could be obtained. Within a matter of days, a full repair was carried out by two courteous, careful and efficient engineers. This has returned the door to its “as new” function and looks. Very pleased.

Polite and friendly fitters. Excellent communication from John in advance. Really pleased with the result. A couple of dimples and small scratch on the plastic finishing strips, which you cannot immediately see without closer inspection (and I didn't notice until after installation) is the only reason for deducting a mark for quality.

We had new garage doors fitted, electrically and remotely controlled. Also a new back door. I contacted them after seeing them work next door. They were very efficient throughout the whole process. They answer their phone, call you back when required, turn up at the time arranged. At an assessment visit they explained what could be done. The quote was provided later the same day. the work was done within the timescale quoted. The workmen tidied up afterwards and made sure we were happy with the finished product. The garage doors are smart, secure and well fitting.

Really pleased with the service from Emsworth Garage Doors. From initial contact, to understanding the different options and then choosing the product the team were really helpful. In terms of fitting the team did a great job and we have been really happy with the product so far.
