Renovation

Bathroom fitted

New kitchen, bathroom. LPG boiler ,
Chris helped me with 2 rental properties to get them back in good condition. They installed a boiler, designed and fitted a new kitchen and bathroom. They also cleared the gardens, organised carpets and painting and got the properties looking great and they both sold quickly. As I am not local to the area anymore this was a great help as it would have been difficult for me to organise this without him. Double story side extension, including new kitchen.
I would highly recommend EMW Developments. Throughout the build I was kept informed and up to date with the works and progress. We chose EMW to carry out the works as they came highly recommended from a local architect, we were certainly not disappointed. Another reason for choosing them was due to them not requesting a large payment prior to the work commencing, a large remainder of the payment was paid at the end. Driveway
