  Downstairs toilet refurbished

I had my downstairs toilet refurbished and I am extremely pleased with the work carried out. The work was carried out to a very high standard. What a transformation. I couldn’t wish for better workmen. They was very clean and tidy and really helpful and polite. I will definitely have them do more work for me

Flooring, removal of a partition wall, bathtub wall

Emy had a great communication about the timeline of the work, give me an upfront quote for the cost, and did a quality job with great attention to finishing details. Highly recommended if you need a great builder. 🙂

Couldn't be happier with the work that was just at my flat. Would highly recommend Emy and plan to book him for all my future projects.

Replacement of Bath & Shower and tiling and replacement of kitchen ceiling.

I honestly can’t thank Emy enough for the work he did. He immediately understood how urgent the situation was and went out of his way to fit the job in within just a couple of days. Emy worked within my budget without ever compromising on quality. As this was a rental property and I was managing everything from a distance, it was incredibly reassuring to know I could completely trust him to get the job done properly. He kept me updated throughout and made sure the tenants were happy while the work was being carried out, which gave me real peace of mind. What really stood out was how much care and thought Emy put into the job. He didn’t just rush through it—he considered the best way to make sure the work would last and the property was properly protected. He worked around the tenants and still completed everything to a high standard within a very tight timeframe. I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emy Construction & I will always use Emy in the future. Reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job.

Emy did an excellent job repointing the brickwork and replacing a lintel. They cleaned up really well at the end of the job. I am very happy with the quality of the work. I found them friendly, efficient and hard working. I would definitely recommend them.
