  Prior to any work agreed, Elis was extremely patient and thorough explaining my options. The leak then got worse and Elis and his team were willing to prompty attend out of hours and prevent the leak from damaging my ceiling.

  Responsive and excellent service. The job was tricky as the pipework was quite complicated and Ens took on the job when the previous plumber had a family issue and couldn’t finish the work. Ens checked in regularly and did a thorough debrief when the job was finished.
