Excellent work carried out by encore today, very tidy and to a high standard. Reroute pipes for washing machine, install outdoor tap with thermostat, install towel radiator.
Really polite, excellent communication and punctuality, trustworthy, can’t fault the quality of the work. Was also willing to come at short notice and was prompt with both quotation and work completed. Was a little bit more expensive than others but top notch service and I think we paid extra for the very prompt appointment after someone else cancelled. Fit connection for washer, and install cloakroom sink
He turned up exactly when he said he would, did the job efficiently and to a high standard. Couldn't fault any of his work, really pleased. Price was also very reasonable, and to top it off, he's a really friendly guy.
