Neil and his team took on the task of replacing my upstairs carpets with Quick-Step Laminate flooring. His attention to detail was spot on, took the extra time to suggest and take off the skirting rather than using trim and then refitting and re caulking. Any potential wet areas (bathroom), he sealed very neatly with sealant. I communicated a budget with Neil and he found the Quick-Step flooring with the benefits i required especially with 3 messy kids within my budget. He communicated very well with timings and fitting. Couldn’t have asked for a better service from them.

We have used the services of ECW several times in the past 5 years, including laminate flooring, kitchen and bathroom tiling and most recently changing two of our internal doors. The service was always of high quality, reliable and punctual. Highly recommended for any sort of woodworking, flooring, carpentry. If any of it was required again in our house, we would use ECW again.
