I have been badly let down by End of Tenancy Clean 4 You operating in Saffron Walden, Essex. They were supposed to clean an empty house, my father passed away and we needed it deep cleaned to sell. I paid £220 for a clean of the house as the clean was re arranged a few times, but I was assured as I had paid - the clean would be done. The house has not been cleaned, I have left numerous messages and sent texts and no one has communicated with me for 8 days now, It's made a sad situation so much harder and I feel very upset.

This company has refused to refund money paid to them for a service they didn’t carry out. Even though they promised to send the refund over a week now. They have stopped picking my calls or replying my messages.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have overcharged for 2 hours work. I paid for an end of tenancy clean which was not accepted by our landlord due to the poor cleaning carried out. When contacted they have ignored all communication and have refused to re-clean.

I recently use end of tenancy clean for you for a deep clean for my dads property as he’s quite poorly and just to bring the house back to scratch and I just wanna thank the whole team for there amazing work and communication thanks you again so much

Wow my carpets look new I’m so glad I didn’t get new carpet after seeing what end of tenancy clean done for me

I booked my service 2weeks ago and I must say I had a very good experience and will definitely be booking them again
