Energy Windows NE were extremely helpful from the start of our quotation request. They guided us through the process and were quick to reply to any queries we had. The selection of products available was extensive and they listened to our needs. The installation date worked around us and on installation day the team couldn’t have been better. They were courteous and respectful of our property, had the doors fitted in great time and were really tidy and polite. Great guys with a great work ethic!

The lads were pleasant and polite they never stopped on probably the hottest day of the year. My window was replaced and child locks fitted to existing upstairs windows. They swept up outside and hoovered the stairs and even put my blind back up.

This is the second time I've dealt with Energy Windows NE so that in itself is a great indicator that they're a good company to deal with. Stephen and the lads are professional and friendly, this time around they replaced two big panes of glass, and they changed a broken hinge on my bathroom window. Stephen came out and gave me a quote that I was happy with however the final bill was cheaper simply because the costs had worked out cheaper and that was passed on to me. I really appreciate their honesty and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks guys
