    Bathroom refurbishment

    An excellent team. Always on time and the work completed to a superb standard. All the tradesman are local and take great pride in their work, leaving me with a wonderful bathroom. I can thoroughly recommend them for any house refurbishment jobs, big or small.

    Reliable and thorough.

    Mark and his team are very competent and reliable and have provided us with a great service in redecorating large areas of our home and upgrading some light fittings. The guys are very well mannered and their attention to detail in making sure everything is covered before careful filling and repair work is done is excellent. We are so pleased with the results.

    Trusted and honest people to work with!

    Mark and the team done an amazing job at our property. We live abroad and I know I can trust him with my renovation project without visiting the property every few days, which means a lot. He is honest and the level of service is professional and exceptional.

    Good professional service, highly recommend

    Mark and his team helped to completed a side extension, including a toilet/shower room, living area and bedroom. It was really easy to deal with Mark, good communication through the process and he was always on hand to discuss options around finishes doors/handles/worktops etc.

Englefield Green Property Maintenance specialise in refurbishments, kitchen/bathroom fitting and extensions. Specialising in such a way allows us to consider ourselves to experts in our area of business.

We can assist with initial design, liaising with architects, planners and designers to ensure you get the property of your dreams that also meets your circumstances and budget.

All work is carried out by our qualified and experienced staff, who will do everything possible to ensure the work runs smoothly throughout the course of the job, to minimise disruption to you.

All our projects are covered by full Public and Employee Liability Insurance to a level of £1million and £10 million respectively.

We aim to offer the complete package to our customers from start to finish to include the build, plumbing, tiling, carpentry and decoration – all project managed to ensure smooth running of the work which minimises delays.

We are specialists in the required legislation, particularly with regard to fire regulation work that is required for HMO properties.

As well as full refurbishments, extensions, kitchens and bathrooms we also offer a full property maintenance service and no job is too small.
