  Repairs to conservatory

  It was great to find EGPM - a nice lot of people. I was concerned about the various work needing to be done and Mark and his guys just took all the problems away. I felt safe with them which is a nice feeling when having builders do a big repair job. The work done was excellent and I will certainly use them again.

  Kitchen design and installation

  I can’t thank Mark and his team enough with the design and installation of our amazing new kitchen and kitchen worktops. They have been amazing throughout the whole process. Very reliable and nothing was ever to much. I will definitely be using them again and will be recommending to any one looking for a high quality, reliable builder.

  Loft conversion

  EGPM have recently just finished a loft conversion for us at our property, along with swapping over a bedroom and bathroom. Mark and his team were very professional, friendly and helpful and were a pleasure to deal with. We had some additional jobs which mark was always able to accommodate or advise on. I would also like to highlight that Vicky was amazing and such a pleasure to deal with. Vicky would always make herself available to talk through anything from ordering to invoice/statement enquiries. Vicky made any admin part of the process stress free. I would highly recommend EGPM

  Resiliconing in bathrooms and around windows

  I have used EGPM a few times now, and have found the team to always be reliable and on time, tidy and perform work to high standard with excellent communication. The owner, Mark, responds quickly to messages and nothing is too much trouble. On this occasion he managed to fit in a job only 2 days after I contacted them, which was to resilicone around 2 bathroom windows and 1 bedroom window. The job was carried out excellently as usual, and he even did extra windows for us without asking! Would highly recommend, and use again.

  Room divided and upstairs bathroom created

  The work involved separating an existing room to create a bathroom upstairs while still maintaining a bedroom. We also had additional works done including work on door frames and replacing doors. Quality of the work exceeded our expectations. I was completely impressed with Mark and his team. Their professionalism and responsiveness when I had a query was efficient and impressed with the advice provided when needed. Those doing the work were polite & helpful. I highly recommend Englefield Green Property Maintenance Company based on our experience. We are very happy with the end result.

  Great help after flooding

  We can't thank Mark, Vicky and their team enough for their help and reliability. At very short notice, they came and replaced all the skirting boards in our property after a flood. We were on a tight timescale and they did a wonderful job. Since then they have done several other jobs for us and have continued to provide the same level of great service - we would highly recommend them.
