After a few days of completion, the shed roof was leaking from the protruding lower side of one of the nails that had been used to join two pieces of roof felt. This has occurred on each occasion of rainfall. The nails have caused cracks in the roof interior. It is likely that further leaks will occur down the other nails. A piece of felt large enough for the roof should have been used. The method of using two felts was not discussed with me prior to their purchase of parts. I have spoken to Mr. Jones on three occasions by telephone, but he has not been able to visit to evaluate the issue yet.

They all worked very hard to complete the project in the 5 days that they were here. Suggestions were made to reduce the cost to which I agreed
