Our front door locking mechanism broke so Nahom was hired to repair/replace this. He has left the job in an acceptable condition, we paid £157 for a new part (not seen receipt) and I would expect it to look brand new, instead it has been cut too short, not straight and is scratched up (as pictured). Door handle is also now loose on both sides, of which it was not before. Originally Nahom offered to replace the handle when we complained, however this was never asked of, we just wanted it repaired to how it was initially. We’ve been charged VAT on the part and labour even though a sole trader?

We called them for a quote but unfortunately we were outside their area. Even though they could not do the work, they provided us some very good advice and helped us with the type of questions to ask another locksmith to obtain the quote even though they didn’t have to. Got locked out of the house due to a part of the key breaking off. Called Enter Locksmiths and they came out within 30 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and then drove me to two different key cutting shops to get a new key cut. Excellent service, very reasonable prices & a very nice man. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of an urgent locksmith. Thanks guys.

Very friendly, helpful and available quickly. We were trying to sort out locks being changed at our elderly dad's house but we were doing this remotely so could send pictures etc. Offered a good cost effective solution to the problem. Would definitely recommend
