Kitchen hob and oven electrical failure, and new induction hob installation
Landi is a very professional & reliable electrician. 2 days before Christmas, we were very distressed as our kitchen hob & oven stopped working, (neighbor recommended). We contacted Landi in the morning of 23/12 & he visited at the time scheduled, on the same day. Very efficient and clean job, also very patient explaining what the failure was and how he would sort it out. We required his service to install a new induction hob and again, he responded quickly and was again very professional. Definitely we will recommend him to friends and family and will refer to him in future. Thank you Landi!

Electric Radiators

Fitting of 2 HHR Radiators and subsequently, a new fuse/breaker distribution board
After a few hours, I was approached by Mr Osmani whom suggested it would be advisable to replace the fusebox as there was not an RCD on the electric shower. I asked for the cost. His response was "£650". At no point was VAT mentioned. I had already committed to the HHR Installation at £510 (inc Vat). Therefore I asked him for the total price, which I expected to be £1160. Instead, I was asked how I wished to pay. I responded "Credit Card". Mr Osmani then said that he would send me an invoice. When I received the Invoice it was for £1290. VAT had been added to the £650. This is not reasonable.

Lights replacement due to failed circuit transformer and exterior plugs fitted
The new lights were fitted promptly and demonstrated. Additional support for light details were provided after the service. All questions were professionally answered, and the work was done to a high standard.
