  The engineer arrived earlier than indicated. He clearly identified the problem and fully explained it to me. Having agreed the solution the work was carried out quickly and efficiently.

  Lost my door keys in Spain

  I had lost my door keys in a bar somewhere in Barcelona. Kyle was the first locksmith to contact me and we immediately had a good rapport. This was one week before I was due to return to the UK. Kyle kept in contact with me throughout the 7-10 days prior to me returning. I was traveling back from Barcelona via coach, ferry and train. Kyle was kind enough to schedule his day around my ETA, which was constantly changing due to public transport reliability issues. I cannot speak highly enough of Kyle and professional conduct and workmanship.

  Fixing a lock on the door

  My door wasnt latching properly and kept swinging open in the wind, i called kyle and he came very quick an sorted the problem out straight away, he was very polite and professional if we have any further problems in the future ill be definitely calling kyle again
