Carpets didn't look any cleaner after cleaning, I mentioned the places on the carpet that looked still dirty. They said once it is dried it would be ok. I paid cash. 2 days later after my lounge carpet had dried. It had two big ridges appear. I messaged the company, they asked for photos. I sent photo. They never came back to me. I then rang them. They said they hadn't got me in their diary for my carpet clean. They said another company was using their name. I checked out their website and it was identical to the one I used on social media.

David from Enviroclean arrived onl time and made a very good job of a very dirty carpet.
