Investigation and clearance of blocked drains
The cause of the blockage was difficult to identify not least because the drainage run goes back to an earlier time and non domestic use .The experienced technician was thoughtful and constructive throughout and able to bring about a significant improvement albeit the nature of the underlying problem is such that a more radical solution may be required in the future .Whilst the final price was more than the original quote there was additional work involved
Checking a blocked drain to find an issue
Came out and checked the drain using tools, was able to tell us the issue in a clear manner and provided us the knowledge to resolve it going forward. Great service, really helpful. Called at 9.30 and they had arrived by 11:15, great stuff!
