We had an old Air Conditioner in out media room, Jordan from Environmental Controls came out to service it, but he advised that it might be better to go with a new upmarket model than keep with the older cheaper one. Once I made the leap and said yes, I was so glad I did. He did such an amazing job fitting the new unit with his team, they were clean, the qualitity of fitting was superb, he listened to my concerns and was even flexible on fitting the unit due to a family issue. Had air conditioning fitted last year by environmental controls. And required an annual service. The guys came out and completed the service in excellent fashion, clean tidy and efficiently. From first contact Jordan gave excellent customer experience. He thoroughly went through all the options available to us fitting aircon throughout our home. We had some specific requests and he advised, not pushy at all on price, no sales push, judged wanted to make sure we were happy. Jordan and his team worked around our complex logistics and got he job done perfectly. No mess, no disruption left our place spotless inside and out! Brilliant job, would 100% recommend using Jordan for your air conditioning needs. Not only was his quote competitive with a speedy install date. He also installed all the latest tech which meant I could control my Air Conditioning via my mobile phone which I’m ecstatic about. Everything was left clean and tidy when he finished. Job location: SW8Last year Jordan recommended a great air-con unit to replace my previous one-which had stopped functioning. He and co-worker replaced it within a few hours inside our premises and on the roof (external outlet fan system) without business disruption (Pharmacy business). A very good job done well with no mess left behind. This year service done, no issues with the air-con system. Again same friendly 2-man crew, tidy job, good time keeping and great quality of work. Thanks again boys, see you next year.
