  From my initial phone call, I could tell I was in professional hands. They asked all the right questions & they were clear about what would happen on the visit. Ian & Jack arrived punctually & set about solving the problem, which was a blocked pipe. They were polite, friendly, reassuring & explained each step of the treatment to me. They were a pleasure to have doing the work. This is a company who values it's customers & does a professional job. I have no hesitation in recommending Environ.

  I just had a drain survey done and the report was sent back within 24 hours and was very easy to understand even for me. Customer service were quick to respond and the engineer was very knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly. He also arrived on time which is a rarity! positive experience with this company and would definitely recommend them

  Ignores your requirement and will not respond

  I asked for specific drain measurements as part of CCTV survey to be included into the drain survey report so I can provide this information to building control. They ignored the request, and wouldn't reply to me for over a week since I received the report and I asked for missing information. They have also not provided me the CCTV footage that they said they would. It was total waste of money - they're not willing to provide information they have and the report only served as a 'sales pitch' for the work they want to do. It's useless to me.

  Rats in my ceiling

  Needed to have cctv due to having rats in my ceiling this was to rule out any defects Unfortunately for me there was defects but environ swiftly ensures all repairs made to prevent further Rodents getting in Thank you environ
