Peter and his team completed an Electrical Safety Check at our home, they were pleasant and pointed out what work they identified as needing fixing. They provided us a bill that was not itemised. Our independent check informed the quote they gave for the material was significantly higher but we went ahead and paid the bill deciding not to make an issue of it. Yet when we requested the certificate we were surprised to receive a further bill which we declined to pay. Peter has failed to respond to our and Checktrader’s complaints team’s communication. We consider the matter settled - NFA

We're sorry you were disappointed with our service. Having reviewed our records, the £99 + VAT EICR fee was agreed in advance and confirmed in writing. The remedial works quotation was also discussed and accepted before work commenced, and we accommodated your request for an earlier appointment. While parts may sometimes be available elsewhere at different prices, our quotations include labour, testing, certification, warranty, and professional installation. We wish you all the best. Eota
