    EPC and floor plan

    Produced an excellent floor plan for our lower floor flat, and carried out an EPC for the upper to an encouragingly exacting standard. Andrew arrived promptly, collecting the keys from a neighbour without fuss. Everything, including all paperwork, was turned around in less that 12 hours - super efficiency! EPC was accurate and Andrew measured the property space correctly, concuring with the structural engineer's report, in contrast to the previous EPC assessor. Made the process easy from start to finish. Definitely will be using again. Thank you Andrew!

    Energy Performance Certificate survey

    Andy promptly arrived at the property, was friendly and informative and carried out the survey efficiently. He took time to answer questions and explain the final certificate produced on his i-pad. I was very pleased with his manner and work ethic. Highly recommended.
