A very thorough EPC survey was done at short notice owing to previous assessor not being able to make it at the last minute. Very keen to get it all right both for us and for the regulations. There was no problem that the house turned out to be slightly more complicated for EPC rating than the assessor (or I) had realised beforehand.

Had my EPC carried out on 11th July by Glen, and he was excellent. Friendly, professional, and very thorough. He checked everything carefully and explained the process clearly. Really appreciated how smooth he made the appointment.
