Easy to book, price reasonable. quick appointment, although surveyor couldn't come on booked day so rearranged for next day. Received notification that the EPC certificate had been registered a few hours later. When checked, it had been linked to the recently expired certificate for nextdoor property. Contacted the surveyor direct, she called back quickly to say it must be a glitch in the govt. system. I called the register office number and explained, it was sorted in 2 days. Payment request received next day, paid online by credit card. All good!

They were helpful and got on with making an appointment with my tenant to do the work. They fitted in with her working hours. I don’t know what the engineer was like but the tenant seemed ok with it all. Its completed and we’ve had the certificate.

EPC Choice answered the phone quickly, and found an assessor for the EPC assessment within an hour or so. Had an email confirming who was coming and when. The links in the email to check the progress online weren’t working so I emailed them and they responded quickly with the info I needed. Ant Sherman from Cahill Renewables came out and was brilliant - all in all a very good service and I would recommend EPC choice to find you an assessor quickly.
