Efficient and friendly service
A reassessment of our rental property was carried out this morning (20/10/2026) in the presence of myself (the landlord) and our tenant. The representative from EPC Hermitage Homes was both friendly, thorough and efficient. Would be very happy to recommend this companyVerified reviewerJob location: MK11RMelvyn C10 Energy Performance Certificate - EPC

Derek was first to contact me for the job. His quote was competitive and I could book the job within a short time frame. A very good EPC assessor.
The assessor came to our property promptly on time. He was polite. He took all his measurements and did his tests efficiently. He even had overshoes. We received the report the same day. We are very satisfied with him and would recommend him to any one who need his services. His fee was very reasonable and in line with others who provide the service.Verified reviewerJob location: TW13
