  Great service and very easy to book!

  I have used Hermitage Homes for a couple of my rental properties EPC certificates and Derek has been excellent throughout the booking process with my tenants and Carey out the required checks required for RRA compliance. Throughly recommend !!

  Professional and Efficient Service

  Was let down last minute by another company, however Derek was very understanding and fitted me in as soon as he could. Lovely gentleman who was very professional and as a disabled woman who is nervous about strangers coming into her home I felt very relaxed and comfortable. I was also impressed how quicky Derek was able to send me the certificate via email as all other companies had stated it would take multiple days. He provides other services which if I ever need I would most definitely contact Derek again.

  Derek carried out our domestic EPC assessment and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment he arrived — on time and well-prepared — it was clear we were in safe hands. He was thorough, methodical, and took the time to explain the process clearly without making it feel complicated. What really stood out was his friendliness and approachability.
