I got in touch with EPC solutions to get a EPC certificate before renting my property. We agreed a price and a date to assess the property which was within a few days from my initial call. Before the assessment I received a call to advise he had checked the certificate and a previous owner had already completed one which was valid for 10 years. The certificate was then emailed to me. I had no idea about this and it was very honest of the company to tell me and also very helpful to send me the certification. It’s up for renewal in a couple of years and I will definitely be using this company.
