  Bathroom refit plus additional plumbing

  Wow what a gem! I had planned my bathroom meticulously and knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it done. James followed my wish list painstakingly to perfection and I am delighted with the end result....I knew what I wanted wasn’t the norm and would be tricky but he overcame the expected difficulties with good humour and professionalism. He and his team are simply a pleasure to have working in ones home ie clean workers, considerate and very excellent time keeping. I 100% recommend them.

  New bathroom

  Our top floor shower room was outdated, and constantly ran out of hot water. We wanted to swap the toilet and the basin and fit a larger shower cubicle. James offered us suggestions saving us space and fitted a larger boiler and hot water tank. He advised us on getting good quality fixtures and fittings, and the result is a really superb and easy to keep clean. The job was quite complicated and was completed very professionally. We will definitely be using him again to refit our larger first floor bathroom.

  Kitchen worktops fitted

  James was very professional throughout the whole project. Turned up on time and got the job done with a very high standard. We were very happy with our new kitchen work tops!

  New bathroom.

  James was reliable, he always turned up when he said he was going to and on time. He kept me updated on a daily basis of the progress of the bathroom refit, James also was on hand to help purchase the correct units and fittings that would work with my bathroom. At the end of each day James would promptly finish on time only after cleaning the work area and the communal areas he used. James also attached plastic to our carpets in order to protect from the work. James' craftsmanship is perfect, his finish is immaculate. I would definitely highly recommended EPD Building& Renovations to anyone.

  Bathrooms installation, tiling, plastering, various works.

  They are very reliable, trustworthy and very professional. Excellent attention to detail, if they pick up something wrong that is not even their work they let you know, they fix it for you. Definitely they go one step further for you. Great company. Happy to recommend them to anybody.
