Martin was extremely helpful and did a great job. The job took much longer than expected and put him under time pressures but he finished it, was pleasant and communicative throughout and solved the problem. We would highly recommend him and definitely use them again if we had another drains issue.

Arrived exactly on time having sent text messages when en route to confirm he was on time. Polite and presentable, his work was very neat and tidy. Extremely helpful throughout and explained how, why, what and wherefor. Work was completed to a very high standard, including tidying up and making good matters over and beyond the basic remit. Highly recommended.

Martin was excellent, he replied quickly and was able to come round the next day to identify the cause and fix a leak in our loft tank as well as disconnect an old gas pipe. He was friendly and explained what he was doing clearly and carried out the work effectively.
