Martin came out to my boiler and explained he had only just started doing boiler servicing as his background came more so from the office in the plumbing and heating industry. Martin did take long than the average person and over 2 hours, but he did do more on my boiler than I've had in the past. Martin explained that most engineers don't do what should be done and I could see that knowing what he had done for my boiler and I thank him for that, however, he was a little bit more expensive and did discount the work for me.
