Locked out my home early on a Saturday morning putting rubbish in bin wearing night clothes luckily had my phone in my pocket , called epic locksmiths and he was there within 20 minutes 😊 … very friendly, professional and prompt response. Excellent service 👍🏻

This was my secound time I using Epic Locksmiths service, and once again Michael was fantastic! Friendly, great communication, quick response, the work was excellent.

This is the third time that have used this company. I have never been dissappointed. Michael was friendly, courteous, professional. Pleased with his work. Yale/chubb locks were replaced. Reactivated internal locking mechanism with the addition of 6/7 sets of keys. He checked each and found one chubb key to be not working. I was not charged for that key. I would recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Michael arrived very promptly after responding to my text. Ths was after we'd had a quick chat via phone when he suggested something I could do to solve the problem. This didn't seem to work, but when he got to me, he was able to open the door straight away, so obviously what he'd suggested had actually worked. He didn't charge my anything for the call-out which was most kind. I'd definitely recommend him to my friends and anyone else needing a locksmith.
