I have fitted a bath room for this customer for the agreed price of 1500 pounds for a sink a bath and shower we removed a wall ad made his bathroom bigger by adding a bidet hot and cold mixer and two wall cupboards that was not in the quote He considered in making life difficult for us by constantly rushing us, I lost one member of staff due to him demanding us to fetch materials on a labour only job. We were at this job for nearly one month and he has told us he is not paying any more money, his bill is 2290 pounds with remaining balance of 760 pounds and he will be receiving a full invoice soon as he has also threatened court actions I am not willing to return or get in contact with the customer as advised by my solicitor.
