My Range Rover Sport L494 needed tie rod and Front Lower control arm replacement. I contacted ERIBE to get a quote. ERIBE was fantastic to deal with, he was professional and always on time. Absolutely stellar service. I chose to use him because of the great reviews I read here, and even though I don’t typically write reviews, I felt this one was well deserved! He turned up on time, delivered and replaced my battery very quickly, and was friendly and professional throughout. He also took the time to diagnose a completely separate issue with my car, which was really appreciated and showed he genuinely cared about helping rather than just doing the job and leaving.

Give me a breakdown of what work was required, sent me a quote, kept me up to date with arrival time due to extreme traffic, very pleasant when he arrived, came across a couple of issues with the car due to age so had to come back the following morning, arrived early as promised, completed all work to specifications outlined by car manufacturer, tidied up after, couldn’t have asked for more and at a price that beat others.

Easy to book. Good communication & next day appointment. Arrived on time. Good advice.
