Very pleasant gentleman. Diligent work. Left everything clean and tidy.

Eric came on an emergency call out to my elderly neighbour. A hot water pipe had ruptured and flooded her kitchen. He came quickly, fixed as promised and was also very mindful of COVID which was much appreciated as my neighbour is vulnerable.
