Patio door jammed couldn't open
Dave was very helpful . Explained the problem what he needed to do and went through it step by step . All sorted with minimum of fuss very professional , personable and communicated well. Very pleased good job, will use again if needed for other jobs.

Tenant locked out of flat.
Made contact for the first time and Dave attended promptly and gained access without causing any damage to the door or the locks. Also he only charged us for a call out which was very reasonable.

Unlocking 2 doors due to lost keys
Found David on Checkatrade site and felt positive. His response was prompt, personal and efficient. He came immediately to help in my ‘crisis’ and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently, even returning a second time to do further work I needed. Courteous, thorough and no fuss, and very competitively priced for the work done. Very highly recommended.

Replaced front door lock that had broken
I was able to contact the tradesperson early in the morning before I started work and arrange for him to come that day. He gave me a quote and ordered in the part, coming back next to replace it. Excellent job done.
