Unreliable - did not come at the arranges time and didn’t even call back to apologise

We had an urgent need to treat some rot found in our attic. Errol came out on a Sunday to help us. He was timely, extremely courteous and worked very hard all day. Not only did he treat the rot, he took away all waste and even more stuff we put in his van. He let us with spare kit and instructions on how to do further treatment. His charges were very reasonable. We highly recommend him.
