Leaking pipe under shower had caused substantial damage with floor rotting, shower tray and frame drop, tiles coming off the wall. Zenel came, and very quickly. He was polite, detailed and very thorough. As full extent not apparent he identified possible best and worst case scenarios. He was very positive & provided a detailed quote. From the time the team arrived they worked hard, were clean, tidy, so considerate and exceptionally polite. The quality of workmanship was outstanding and impressive. Zenel and his team will be my first port of call in future for any building repair work

Great experience! They made every effort to work efficiently but with excellent precision. It was a full demo and they kept it nice and tidy so not to disrupt the whole house. I’m also very happy with the quality of work. Really pleased!!

Erz Building&repairs are the best builders I have ever had! Zenel the director was very professional and gave an incredibly detailed estimate after having a look round my property. Due to personal circumstances I was unable to begin the project for 6 months but Zenel never rushed me and left me alone until I asked him to come back. The project began very quickly only 7 days after I had asked Zenel to take on my project rejecting 3 other decent firms. Zenel was very honest and upfront and was more than willing to go above and beyond when little problems arose. Excellent communication.
