  A bunch of cowboys who may give you a good looking finish but it’s skin deep and doesn’t last.

  Too many issues occurred when this man and his team came to work in our house and yet somehow it was never their fault, always someone else’s. Now I’ve just removed a dishwasher integrated door that had come away in part only to find so many drill holes behind it that I am shocked one didn’t come through on the other side. His people seem to think they know what they are doing but it means they don’t read instructions and it caused delays that cost me money. They don’t fix issues or return for upkeep when one arises. I’ll never hire them again.

  Elshad's company is highly skilled in all aspects of building and renovation. He has completed numerous projects for me, and I would highly recommend company as top of the range!   Repairs to damaged roof

  Elshad and his team did a great job after we discovered roof damage - replacing the roof membrane and flashing, relaying tiles, installing guttering and repointing the chimneys, and insulating and boarding the loft. They were very responsive (including an emergency call-out over Christmas!), hard-working and with regular communication throughout. We'd definitely recommend them.

  As good as it gets

  I give ES Build the highest ratings for their skilled workmanship and for customer relations. The owner was very approachable and kept us fully informed throughout. He was always available to answer our questions and most concerned that we should be completely satisfied with the highest quality of the challenging work. It involved installing an RSJ and rebuilding a section of the front wall that had been shoddily repaired in the past, while shoring up the rest of the house. The craftsmen in his team were very considerate and easy to have around. I strongly recommend them. Definitely 5 stars.

  Excellent service for structural investigation.

  The work was carried out promptly and efficiency. The team were hardworking and did their utmost to protect the house and furnishings from the unavoidable dust and debris from their structural investigations. The Company head was helpful, friendly and very communicative.

  Rear of house renovation - large Edwardian

  Builders were excellent, prompt,hardworking and tidy. I was kept informed throughout and am really pleased with the whole job. I will definitely be using this company to renovate the front of my property. Highly recommend them. 5 star!
