Garage conversion
We are so pleased with the work Rob and team have done for us. We had just about given up hope of finding a builder when we found them. Rob was polite and efficient and kept the quote within our budget. He was fast at responding to queries and all work was started and completed on time. They were great at recommending things we hadn't thought of, or tweaking things on the go to make it just that bit better. Very tidy as well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone and have in fact done so, we will never use anyone else now for any future projects! Thanks guys, we really appreciate the work!

New bathroom extension
Esplin Fathers Construction added a new cloakroom with WC to our bungalow in 2021; requiring extensive new drainage provision. David, Rob and the team were easy to work with, polite, and responded constructively to any enquiries / requests we made. The costs were as per the quote provided. The work was carried out to our satisfaction and we are very pleased with the end result!
