Essential Cleaners contacted me fairly quickly via Whatsapp and were friendly and polite enough (though no name). Anyway, asked me to send pics of property and they would give quote. I naively sent video tour of house instead as thought would give better idea. Man I wish I hadn't as I haven't heard from them since and they now have the details of the interior of my home. It's left me feeling very uneasy. If they couldn't do/didn't want the job, they should've had the courtesy to let me know. Very rude and unprofessional and has earned them a negative review on here.
