  Low water pressure and sevice

  I contacted EGS and within a few hours Carl had made an appointment and arrived to carry out the repair to my boiler. He was friendly, professional and within minutes I new I was in safe hands. He diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done and gave an estimate of the costs. After the repair I asked him to service my boiler and he carried out the service there and then. Carl's work was very tidy and he carried out the work whilst I observed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carl and EGS to anyone. Thanks so much Carl. It's so difficult to find honest workman.

  Diagnosis and repair of central heating system

  What a superb job and what a trustworthy, professional and friendly company. Carl sorted out a long existing problem with a Baxi boiler after other companies had failed miserably. Without taking the easy option, Carl was prepared to investigate and advise on a repair instead of a replacement plus extra work. At every step of the way we were shown and explained what was being done and why. He was quite happy to be watched over and he was professional and friendly at all times. We were texted before arrival and followed all safety precautions. Highly recommended. Thanks so much Carl. Top man.

  Boiler replacement

  Absolutely superb service!!! I have recently been made disabled and my boiler decided to break, right in the middle of constructing my downstairs accommodation. Carl and Ben were my heroes and they charged what they quoted, despite running into a few unexpected complications!!! Would definitely recommend. Thankyou Guys, so very much!

  New Boiler Install

  Found EGS via Checkatrade, Had a new boiler installed, from the engineer arriving to quote the install right thru to the install being completed, the work was immaculate. We now have a much improved energy efficient boiler, the smart thermostat installed is a welcomed addition. We can not believe how much warmer the radiators are now the the full system as been flushed and the amount of dirt that came out. Thank you for the peace of mind and amazing service. I would not hesitate in recommending EGS to my family and friends.
