  Professional company with excellent work at great price

  I had a leaking stopcock valve which was caused by another plumber who had said he would remedy it in a fortnight which wasn’t acceptable due to the damage it could cause. Called Essential water Services and Jody visited to assess the issue within the hour of my request as was in area, and immediately conducted the work to replace the valve at a very reasonable price. Jody was friendly and professional and clearly very good at his job. Overall the company was extremely professional and efficient with clear pricing and the best plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with.

  Quick, efficient fix to underground leak

  Marc from Essential Water Services (UK) was the first person to visit and take a look. I was initially reluctant to proceed, as the company was based a distance away. However, I am really pleased that I did; they do a lot of work in the area. The leak was resolved quickly by his team. All in all, I got great service, and would recommend them.

  Water pipe replacement

  Marc was brilliant on first visit , he explained what work need to be done and gave us options also, he was very accomdative to our plan also, and planned work according to our builder work. On the day guys who came to work are friendly and caring stuffs around and finished job so efficiently we are so pleased with work.   The team had clear communication and worked very hard on an unexpected hot September sunny day, we had extremely thick tree roots and they worked very hard to dig the trenches

  I had a prompt response to my request for a quote. Within a few days they visited the site and explained quite clearly the scope of the work. The quote for the work was entirely reasonable and they carried it out the within the next three weeks. The quality of the work was very good and they coordinated it with the plumber we use for internal work. I would highly recommend them.
