Good job done to the promised schedule at a reasonable price
John went above and beyond in clearing a VERY smelly drain for me. He arrived at the time he said he would and completed the job within the time he said he would. He charged a reasonable price (which he and I agreed before he started the job). He was courteous and dealt well with the man in the flat below ours whose cooperation we needed because we had to go through his premises and into his garden in order to access the blocked drain. Polite, professional and clean
I can't recommend Essex Drainage Facilities enough. After a call out to investigate a blocked drain, which they arrived early for they gave us some great advice on putting a new drain in. When they put the drain in they were professional, polite, clean and did a great job. Drainage blockage
The most informative and fair plumber you’ll ever meet. Others were asking me to pay thousands for CCTV and jetting machines when I didn’t need it could all be sorted in 30mins for less than £150.
