Sean from Essex Gas Master arrived when he said he would, got the job done, made sure any mess was kept minimal so as not o disturb my tenants and cleaned his work area when he was done. He was polite and cheerful towards both myself and my tenants and completed the job for a good price. We will definitely be using Essex Gas Master again.

Sean showed me the issue with the old boiler and explained why he had to disconnect it on safety grounds, rapidly produced a quote for a straight replacement and the accepted alternative involving installing a condenser boiler and revision to pipework. The work was completed within his advised timescale and all is fully functional.
