Approach to work is decent and reliable

Replaced guttering. Didn't do job properly, leaks keeping us awake whenever it rains. Promised for over a year to sort it but never has. Always has an excuse or doesn't turn up.

The standard of work was good from the start but I suspect the amount of work was somewhat underestimated as they were finishing off in the dark. This may or may not be the cause of the following shortcomings: The tiles below the solar panels (about 6m X 300mm) were not cleaned but Billy said he did treat with a biocide which would kill the moss then it would fall off - we'll see whether it does. The downpipe from the front gutter of the garage was left disconnected, with the piece of pipe lying on top of the hedge. Clearing up not so good at the back as it was at the front.

Billy cleared my guttering and removed moss from my shed roof. Excellent job! He cleaned up afterwards too and I highly recommend him.

Billy and his team were first class, there was a lot of moss, and the overall work carried out was great and I’d highly recommend their services. It now looks like a new roof!

Really pleased with the work carried out by Billy and Connor. We had a serious amount of moss on our roof - but not any more! The roof has been restored to its original colour and the lads were great. They even replaced a couple of tiles that had been broken for years, and cleaned up all surrounding areas and gutters very thoroughly. A very professional company with very competitive pricing.
