  HyperVolt Wall Box Installation

  From the very first interaction with Richard the service received has been brilliant. An initial site visit, a follow up visit to confirm my exact requirements before the final go ahead. The installation of my HyperVolt Wall Box whilst challenging was carried out in tidy way to the highest of professional standards . Richard and his team kept me informed the whole way though. All costs where clear and easy to understand with Essex Vechicle Charging dealing with all aspects of the OLEV grant application.

  To install an Andersen EV charge point.

  The work involved installing the Charge point and also replacing the tails to the Consumer unit with 25mm cables. Richard planned all the work out carefully in advance and made a fantastic job of fitting the unit. The main power cable ran across the loft space and then dropped into the garage and out into the back of the Charge point. I was impressed with the way Richard diligently attached the cable to every roof truss. No mean feat in an awkward loft like mine. All in all a very neat installation and I am incredibly pleased.

  Installation of EV home charger

  Excellent. They visited before quoting (other companies used photos of the meter box and wall where we wanted the charger fitted); this was key as the meter box is in the centre of the house and we have wall and floor tiling, so cabling without causing damage to the decor was a challenge. Richard worked out a way of going under the floor without having to remove any tiles. The charger looks great, is easy to use with no problems at all. I can thoroughly recommend Essex Vehicle Charging. Richard was a pleasure to deal with throughout: open, honest, informative and really helpful.

  Fitting a new Electric Vehicle charger

  Richard provided a superb service to us right from the outset. What really differentiates him from other EV charger installers is his willingness to conduct a site visit in person, assess your situation and provide a clear guidance around the best options for you. This is extremely reassuring when you're doing this for the first time. Once we agreed to go ahead Richard conducted the work quickly, efficiently and to a v high standard. When an issue was identified that required action from UKPN he also helped liaise with them to get it done quickly. In short, use EVC!! You won't be disappointed!
