Excellent service...Dawn who helped me and e mailed details of bed etc was wonderful, so helpful , friendly and efficient... The 2 delivery men who brought and fixed the bed were the same.. I would recommend you to others, my only criticism is im a vunerable person with copd and maybe for future reference the delivery guys should be wearing masks or asking if its necessary before delivery... Great sevice from the time I walked into the shop. Full demonstration on how the chair works felt very comfortable as there was no pressure to buy. Staff are so friendly and very professional and helpful. I would recommend anyone to buy from this company good prices and fast delivery service.

Ordered a Brooks Stairlift from Essington Mobility, as well as purchasing a commode from their shop. Staff at Essington were really helpful and gave lots of advice. The stair lift was fitted within 5 days of ordering. Despite the snowy weather, the stair lift fitter travelled from Bradford, arrived in time and completed the job quickly. I would definitely recommend Essington Mobility.

Excellent job from start to finish. The estimator was well informed and offered two quotes from which to choose at very competitive prices. The fitting was then seamless and to a very high standard in a relatively short period of time with minimum disruption. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
