Kosh carried out a damp survey in a bedroom. He was supposed to get back to me with a quote for my insurance company within 5 working days. More than a month later now and several calls/texts after the initial 5 working days had passed I heard nothing from him. During the survey it seemed he had knowledge and knew what he was talking about in terms of dealing with the damp and damp prevention measures, but seems it was all talk and no follow up, no emails no phone calls no texts to update me about the quote. Very disappointed being charged £150 for literally 15 minutes of site visit.

Damp assessment was requested and a very productive phone call followed with expert advice on the process and expectations of their work. Even though no work was carried out because the landlords already took action, I can’t help but recommend their services.

Kosh was absolutely brilliant and thorough. He was very diligent in carrying out his inspection and his explanations were very clear - more importantly, understandable to a lay person ! Discussions about remedies were incredibly useful and it was reassuring that as an 'independent' (not tied to a building contractor) there was no 'hidden agenda' re the necessary works required. Amazing value for money, and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a trustworthy and reliable damp survey .

Kosh came to investigate our non-specific damp and musty smell – this was an intermittent problem, affecting the lounge for maybe 10 or 14 days a year. It had gone on for seven years. In less than an hour, Kosh identified the cause and provided a suggested solution which I was able to carry out as a DIY job. Highly recommended
