Roof replacement
10Verified ReviewExcellent work from Estates Roofing who far exceeded our expectations. As well as efficiently replacing our tiles, laths and felt etc, they topped up loft insulation, repointed our chimney, tidied up TV aerial cables, cleared gutters, dealt with all waste and handled Building Regs compliance. Communication was good, and the before and after photos from the roof were a lovely touch. The only niggles were delays due to the weather and subcontractors taking over a week to dismantle the scaffolding - neither directly any fault of the Estates team. Many thanks to Dan, Kel, Chris, Gareth and all.

10Verified ReviewI highly recommend this company, the guys whom did the work were brilliant. I could not fault them. The work was carried out to a very high standard. The guys were very courteous and helpful they answered any questions i had it was no problem to them however big or small. They kept on with the job even through the rain to make sure the job was completed on the time they stated. Thank you for the great job you's did i am over the moon with my new roof.

10Verified ReviewThe scaffolders came when they said they would and were very considerate and pleasant. Dan and Dale arrived on time from Estates Roofing and removed old ridge tiles and proceeded to fit the new dry ridge system. Any broken tiles were replaced without hesitation, photographs were taken throughout the procedure, so you could see as much as them. Afterwards all debris was removed and roof swept clean and gutters cleared of any debris and taken off site. The job was carried out to the highest level and then the scaffolders removed the scaffolding, leaving a first class job done by all.
