Esteamed were booked to clean 2 carpets today On set up we were told that a pot of paint had fallen over in the van covering the equipment so they would have to go After clearing a bedroom to aid cleaning this was very frustrating - I was told to call head office I called Sean who was extremely defensive - said I had sprung it on him and accused me of talking to him like a 5 year old. I asked that they return before Christmas but was refused due to commercial clients with deadlines. I asked Sean to come back with a solution - he called back to cancel because I had not spoken nicely to him!
